There is a large variety of benefits in participating physical play with children and mental wellness for all concerns, especially now with COVID that seems to be the focus instead of the wellness and healing family units.

i would like to see an add campaign that promote, families engage in a number of physical activities they can engage in with their children at home. Brain gym exercises are simple activities that improve cognitive function. There are many activities that families can enjoy and participate in with their children.indoors and outdoors, using these opportunities to bond, socialise and build relationships. , partnership games games to reach and extend body like rowing (back on to the floor join feet with other child creating circular motions with your legs), cooking cleaning and art/craft projects. For examples using, large balls to roll around on (mum’s/dad’s fit ball example), dance and movement games, stop and go games with or without music. I also think there is a lack of media role models or examples on social media that do not demonstrate how children can use their environments to exercise and build core muscles without leaving the home. I see many children stuck at home participating in sedentary activities. Thankyou for the insight, I feel that families are becoming very distant with children physical development due to Western life style.
